Event Guidelines for All Performances
- All performances should be in Hindi Language in which performers needs to talk/say things in Hindi from stage.
- No recorded audio or lip-sync is permitted.
- Time Limit : Maximum time allowed for performance is 8 minutes, including, prop and stage set up, transitions and introductions.
- Suggested Performance Types: Poem recitation, storytelling, skits/dramas, singing, or any other live Hindi presentation
- Content should not be disrespectful to any religion, culture or political views.
- Registration Policy: Registration fee for each performer is $10. All performers will receive prize/gift and certificate at the end of the program. Please note that no refunds will be issued if a participant or team cancels their performance.
- Quiz game: Each team will nominate two participants for the unique and creative quiz game that we are planning this year. This quiz will be based on our language and culture and will be easy enough for participants to enjoy.
- All the performers need to report at 1100am for the registration.
